Return/Refund Policy:
a) If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any purchase if unworn and in good condition within 7 days from receipt, for Thirty Six West Credits.
b) Merchandise returned in non-sellable, incomplete, or not new condition will be returned to the buyer, at the buyers expense.
c) Factory defects are covered by the terms of the manufacturers warranties and will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer.
d) No cash Refunds.
Delivery Standards: All orders to be shipped by priority mail within 48 hours upon order receipt.
Transaction Security: We use SSL with WorldPay as our credit card transaction coordinator.
